The noodles are made by hand.....hand stretched and you get to pick the thickness!! Super good and so inexpensive!

Family and I just moved to the area and looking for a new Chinese restuarant. WELL look no further. Fresh, flavorful, best noodles and wonderful tasting food I think I've ever had.If you are looking for a wonderful place to eat home cooking. This is it.

Had pork dumplings, beef stew soup with thick noodles, and lemon tea. Added a little Sirachi to the soup. The meal hit the spot for a cold winter night: only one complaint, no free refills on the lemon tea. 👍

Fresh! Fried dumplings! Hand made noodles!

I have come here a handful of times throughout the years (10 years total). Even in COVID, the quality is superb (a lot of other amazing restaurants dropped quality due to funds, but China Magic Noodle did not). I LOVE the hand made noodles. Probably THE BEST noodle in town and you can ask for spicy sauce on the side. Also, their vegetable egg rolls are the best egg rolls my vegetarian gf has had (and she loves egg rolls). We traveled 20 miles to eat here from mid-town phx just for take out and we were not disappointed, so you know it is really good. Honestly, each time I eat here I say to myself, "why havent I come here more?" I do live far and love to try new places, but this restaurant is a staple. 🙌🏻✊🏻💯

Legit hand pulled noodles. That alone is enough to get in the car and drive over. It's cheap, tasty, and not orange chicken. Every noodle dish comes with a choice of several types of noodles. I recommend the thin flat noodles for any of the soups and the hand sliced noodles for anything stir fried. But hey, experiment with different types of noodles because that's half the fun. Also there's a big window into the kitchen so you can actually see them beat your noodle into submission.

Fresh made Chinese noodle dishes.

This is the place if you want fresh handmade noodles. The oxtail noodle soup was delicious. The spicy beef xo dish was great too. You really can't go wrong with any noodle dish for the price.

The pan fried dumplings are always amazing. So much care goes into any dish and it comes out in the taste and flavors.

This place has really gone downhill... Do not go... I had some weird slice of beef in my food, cold soggy Noddles and water as "soup". On top of the fact that they wouldn't give me a refund. Look at the picture I posted and decide for yourself if that's appetizing!

The young man who served us was so polite & helpful when we asked questions about something we were interested on the menu. My husband took me here for our 35th Wedding Anniversary dinner. Great experience and hyper fast service

The food is always fantastic. The noodles always taste super fresh and flavorful. I come here about once a week and have never had a bad experience.

They make the pasta for your meal as you order it...... Very delicious, we go at least 3 or 4 times a month. 😁

Good food. 10 bucks for a heaping plate of noodles. Could use a little more meat, but the taste was spot on.

I really want to like them. My first experience almost a year ago was positive. The place and people are nifty and it's cool to watch the noodles being pulled - there's a window through which you can see the kitchen. Here's the thing... I was here a few months ago and today, both times the chicken tasted like the inside of a refrigerator. That was it's only flavor.. In fact it tasted more like that then the dish it was a part of - quite something if it's spicy chicken stir fry. I got the shaved noodles which were also gummy. By nature they're thick, but I've had thick noodles that yield to your bite and have a good texture. These were not that. They weren't the worst but they wouldn't be worth reheating. The portion was generous but I left 65% of it of the plate. Needless to say I didn't take it home either. I really wish I could have written a more positive review, but it was just bad food. I went at 1 pm on a Tuesday.

Found a hair in my food, the “house made lemonade” is just a fancy way of charging you 3 dollars for sugar water. I was really excited for this place but it was truly awful

Fresh handmade noodle. El dente. Service is very fast. No doubt this is best Chinese noodle house in town.

The food was great! The dumplings were really good. You can really taste the difference with fresh pulled noodles. We ordered 3 meals and 2 appetizers fir $41. Great bargain.

It's not bad. The noodles are good but the cabbage they use has a funky taste. It taste like the Lee Lee Market smells. The dumplings taste good and are not uniform so you know they are made in house. The dipping sauce for the dumplings taste great. All in all, I don't think I will go again but it was not the worst Chinese food I've tasted in AZ and AZ has some of the worst Chinese food ever.

It was the first time to eat there. The spicy beef dish I had was very good. I will eat there again someday.

The spicy chow mein was the best I have had in a long time. The noodles were perfectly sized and had a little bit of a chewiness to them. And the portion sizes are generous. I would have appreciated a better ratio of veggies and meat to the noodles, but that's a big deal.My wife got the seafood soup and said it was okay. Not great.The tofu appetizer was made from very light tofu. While surprisingly large, each piece was basically a big rectangle of boiling water that never cooled down. We both thought that it would have been made it from a more firm tofu and/or the 5-spice style.

Really 3.5 stars. Big portions, fresh handmade noodles. Needed hoisin sauce

I love this place. It is 10/10 my favorite Chinese restaurant. I don't live as close anymore, so I only go for special occasions like anniversaries and birthdays, but if I lived like ten minutes away you'd probably see me here once a week.

Hands down the best stir fried noodles in Arizona. You can actually see the preparation of the noodles and it’s really cool. As an Indian we used to have fast food centers every corner of the street and the food there was rustic and spicy. This place reminded of that taste. Simply awesome. Also not to mention the price point and the quantity they give is no match. You feel like you’re underpaying for the quantity. Anyways Definitely a place to go for someone who is looking for real Chinese noodles.

Really damn good noodles and probably only place that does them by hand. The texture is so damn good and hard to describe. It's has a firm but soft chew. Not for people looking for American Chinese this is Chinese and please try random stuff it will be worth it.

What can I say about this place that others haven’t already? Let me first start off with the fact that they make your noodles FRESH! The different taste and quality is worlds apart from anywhere else in the area. It was perfection on a plate for me, packed full of flavor. I just wish I could’ve ate it all then and there, it is extremely filling. The potstickers are made right then and there too, so moist and mouthwatering, impossible to not want to devour that whole plate. As an appetizer it definitely feels like an entire meal! Two giant thumbs up, I’ll be back here again and again for more while I’m staying in the area. A++

First time... had an allergy/cold was feeling like I needed some "spicy" soup so I stopped in. Ordered the beef stew to go.... it was ok. Nice broth but hardly any meat or vegetables... Noodles were a nice consistency. Added the chili oil for spice and it hit the spot!!! May go back and eat in to see if it is a better experience.

Wonderful place! Great service! You can totally see them make noodles in the back. Dumplings are amazing. They are the biggest ones I've eaten before & they have such great flavor. Totally recommend if you want to support local shops. I came in at like 9pm one night, so it's a fantastic place for those late night noodle cravings!

The noodles were delicious - just wish they were Szchuan! Though I did have the noodles with XO and that was spicy enough to make me happy. My partner got the sesame noodles and was warned they didn't have meat, but not that there were no vegetables. I'm sure they would have included if we asked. Your choice of noodle- regular, thick, flat, soup- and you can get with sauce, stir fry, or soup. Do note that the fried dumplings we thought were an appetizer turned out to be donuts with sweetened evaporated milk.
